Scoutmaster Conferences are held Tuesday nights during the meeting. Conferences must be scheduled one week in advance. Conferences may also be held at summer camp or camp-outs if necessary.
Boards of Review are conducted on the first and third Tuesday of the month at the church. Boards of Review must be scheduled at least one weeks in advance.
Eagle Scout candidates must notify the Scoutmaster when they are ready for a board of review. The date and time of the review will be decided upon by the council/district advancement committee. The Eagle Board of Review will usually consist of at least two persons at the council level and two troop committee members.
